XM Radio is now available on many new cars, motorcycles and
GPS devices. I have used the XM Radio service since the first year it was
available. I have seen the highs and low points of the service. I
offer my experience here as a warning to all who use the service or thinking
about using the service.
For over 4 years my monthly bill was under $25 per
month. Then they started billing me for services I did not request.
Their bad customer service is off shored and they lie. It took over 3
years to get my address changed. For 6 months I have tried to cancel a
radio that does not work but they refuse to deactivate it and continue to bill
my credit card. Then, in April 2010, XM Radio hit my card for $803.40.
I did not order any product or service and I have not received any product or
service to justify this theft. The dispute is ongoing, but MasterCard is
trying to say that because I authorized the monthly billing at one time, they
will not refund the money.
DO NOT give XM Radio your credit card number!
If
they have your credit card number now, CANCEL THE CARD today.
Have your card company issue you a new number. Force XM Radio to bill
you for the service.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
If you do not believe me, do a Google search on the
internet.
Apparently XM Radio has a long history of this bad behavior.
